Unable to install firmware on Inspire HR.

Trying to download through my phone OnePlus 2 (android).

Tried restarting the device, phone, bluetooth. The device battery is fully charged and connected to power.

Nothing works. Kindly help!

Thanks for the info. My phone OnePlus 2 isn't among the list of supported phones. Therefore, I've returned the Fitbit Inspire HR device 😞
