Unable to wear Inspire Band

I gave up my friendly little Flex2 for a new Inspire.  I might be sorry now that I did.  I am a grown woman with no major infirmaries, but I absolutely cannot put the device on my own wrist.  The little peg does not want to go into the hole.  Even my husband has trouble helping me.  What are my alternaitves?

Hi @mrsthread Try applying a small amount of Vaseline or something similar and you should be able to get the peg into the hole. It will get easier over time.

I hope this helps!

I got an inspire after my fitbit one died for the last time, I really like it after continually wear the band came part at one of the pins, tried and tried to get it to stay together but it wouldn't. I thought I lost it at work, but didn't I ordered a new band off Fitbit site and it came fast, I put it together and the new bands pins won't hold every time I moved my wrist it fall apart again so I got mad and gorilla glued it together at the pin left it for 8 hours. Now Im been wearing it for 2 days and it s Great.
