Hi. I just got the Inspire HR. I don’t understand why it shows more calories out (2430) than calories in (1700) but that I’m over my calorie goal (1340). Of the 2430 calories burned only 200 was from exercise. So why isn’t the calories I’ve burned, at least the ones from exercise, factored in? It basically looks like I didn’t exercise or burn any calories - it’s just the calories consumed.
Thank you
