I try to update my fitbit HR. It takes more than 12 hours and is still not finished. In the screen of my fitbit there is a stripe. Help. No heart beat, green lights. Restarting fitbit does not help. A new installation of the app does also not fix it... what to do?

I have nearly the same problem - the difference is that the updating ends earlier. I tried it so many times and with different devices 😕
