Upgrades phone (iPhone X to 14) now Fitbit app not showing zone minutes, steps or distance Inspire 2

Have just migrated to new phone. All historical data has come across.
However on the first page one lands on it normally shows, zone minutes in the big blue circle, then three smaller circles below show, steps, distance and calories burned.

since I changed phones the app is only showing calories burned in large blue circle. The values shown do not match the inspire 2 readings ( just BRM I guess?).

I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, re- paired the inside 2, followed all the steps indicated in previous posts on the topic, but still not getting the normal summary on the “landing” page.

Is there anything else I could try to fix this ?

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Accepted Solutions

Try tapping Edit button near top right (or just continue pressing anything on screen for a few seconds to get into edit mode - often done accidentally).  Then see if other circles at top are visible but grayed out, to tap + to add back, or X to remove; also can drag those circles around while in edit mode.

Perfect 👍

you’re a star :star:️

any ideas on how to get my inspire 2 to sync ?
it says sync has been completed but the values are not carrying over from wearable to app? 🤷

Ah shucks, wait til you see if I can help with next part.

Surest way to make sure it really did complete sync, is to tap profile pic (circle at top left), then beside your Fitbit model, it tells last time synced.

If it really did just sync but display of circle values at top is not updated, could try just force sync again by dragging down on phone screen, or sometimes just tap edit button on and off clears up funky display, though not sure if fixes values.

If really not syncing, all I ever try is (1) restart Fitbit (was going to provide Help link but Help section seen messed up right now), not factory reset, (2) reboot phone.  If those don't work, wait a few hours.
