Uploading run from fitbit to strava

Hoping someone can give me some guidance on uploading runs to strava. I've connected my fitbit to strava (on strava app) and it takes me to the dashboard. From there I can see my run on the Fitbit dashboard, but dont know how to transfer it.

Frustrated!

Let me help you with your Strava integration. Only GPS activities will be transferred to Strava. You can read more about the integration and how to upload these activities here.
