Valerie clock face missing

I pre ordered the fitbit insire HR and love the lavender band and clock face. However, the clock face I adore is not an option! Will there be an update including this or was this decided to be left out? Any help appreciated

You're welcome. I would rather have them remove the possibly defective features than to keep it in the dashboard. But I do love that style and hope to see it back soon 🙂

I purchased the Inspire HR and most ads show the Valerie font but not an option in my settings. I noticed another post mid March said that it would be added back in and wondering if they are still working on it?

As discussed in this thread, the watch face has been removed and it is being investigated for battery life reasons. 

When they resolve the issues with it, it will come back. That is TBD.

Hi folks. Just reposting this info, for any newcomers to the thread. 

As many of you are aware, our engineers have temporarily removed the Heavy Stats and Valerie clockfaces from the gallery as we investigate a technical issue. We are hoping to have both of these clockfaces back in the gallery soon. 

In the meantime, I can suggest using one fo these three clockfaces: Simple Stats, Shifted, or Analog.

I will be sure to let you all know once these clocks are back in the gallery. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

I bought my new inspire a week ago and immediately switched to the Valarie clock since it was the clock I saw in the pictures online as I was stalking the fitbit waiting until I had a free night to buy it! Two days after I scratched the screen at work so RIP! Anyhow I noticed the clock face was gone but I decided to play around with a different face (one that showed the date) thinking my previously downloaded faces would save in a galley or something. Now Valerie is gone! I am happy to read fitbit is working on solving the issue since I've had to charge my fitbit every day even though the advertised battery life was 5 days. Thank you for all the info fitbit community!

I purchased the Fitbit Inspire HR on March 15. After getting it set up, I was really disappointed that the Valerie clock face was not available to me.  The look of the Valerie clock face was what attracted me the most to purchasing the HR along with its lavender band. I really didn’t need a new Fitbit but I truly liked the way it looked. I hope it will be re- introduced back into the gallery & I will be able to access it also.

Don’t know if this has been answered already, but I’m struggling to find the relevant watch face for my inspire hr. I don’t want or need to see the time. I much rather be able to see the steps or time + steps + hr. but the watches faces are incredibly limited. 

Can anyone help?!

Just got the inspire hr and after watching YouTube videos I see people with more clock faces options than I do. I only have 8. Anyone know how to add more clock faces? I was wanted the stat heavy one 🤷🏾‍:male_sign:

@DC22 Welcome to the community!  I believe some of the clock faces were causing battery issues and they have been temporarily removed.  Once the battery issues are resolved, they should be back as options for you.

This bugs the heck out of me, the only options I have use 80% of the screen to show me the time. I didn't buy a fitbit to tell me the time. I want to see HR, steps, calories, distance, etc. These are what I bought the device for.

Definitely agree.  The heavy stats face was my choice even before I actually received the tracker.  Disappointed that it wasn’t available with the latest firmware update.  Hopefully Fitbit will fix the problem with excessive battery usage and reinstate that clock face.  Or even if you DON’T fix the battery issue, Fitbit, the clock face should be brought back into the mix. Please give users the choice to use the removed faces if they want, with the understanding that the choice will affect battery life (maybe via a pop-up message in the app when selecting the face). It’s a trade-off that people might be willing to accept.
