Version of App no longer compatible with inspire HR

I can’t sync my inspire HR.  It says the App needs to be updated but am on 3.15.1 updated on 26 Feb.  What’s going on please?

Let me help you with your Inpsire HR not syncing with the Fitbit app. This is odd. Could you share an screenshot of the error message? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thank you for your message. Here is the screenshot showing the problem. After many, many attempts it did eventually work. I have no idea what made it work, but got there in the end. It is ok now.

I didn’t want to delete the app as I thought I might lose data, but I did try & download it again, but, because I was already on the latest version, nothing seemed to happen. I also cleared the app from memory and did a hard restart.
