I’ll charge my Inspire HR in the morning and wear it through the day and night. By the time I wake up the next morning the battery is between 70-75%. I’m charging this almost every other day. I don’t have a custom clock face, everything is standard.
Battery life has been bad from the start on the inspire and I was hoping a fix would come out but it has only gotten worse. My Alta was much better. This issue makes me regret “upgrading”

@Winsdarling It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.

I have had my Inspire HR since last summer. All of a sudden last week it stopped holding charge. I have been through many of the feeds and it seems to me that this is an issue for many that has just recently started. Maybe there is a bug in the firmware...
I just charged my fitbit to 100% and unplugged it an hour ago, but just sat it on the counter to see how quickly the battery dies I am down to 86% without it even tracking anything. There seems to be no other way to contact customer service aside from this forum or waiting on hold for a long time. So here I am.
Is this a firmware issue and if it is can we reinstall the previous firmware until the issue is fixed?

5 hours later, my fitbit is dead while sitting on the counter. That is a total of 6 hours of battery life while not tracking anything.
