Vibrating every morning at 3:00am

My new Inspire HR Fitbit vibrates at exactly 3am everyday and wakes me up. I have turn off all notifications so it’s not incoming texts etc. When I look at the Fitbit (through bleary eyes) I notice it  has a Globe icon on the screen - any ideas on how I can turn off what ever functionality is driving this?

That is odd. The globe icon shows up on mine when I achieve a daily goal. Can't think what you might be achieving at 3 am. Another thing to check would be the alarm. Swipe down until you see alarms and tap that. See if you have an alarm set for 3 am to go off every day.

Thanks for your suggestion wtksk8r - yeh I thought it might be the alarm but no, that’s not active - perhaps I’m walking in my sleep and reaching my goals 😂
