I have checked my app and the dashboard and just can find it! Please help. Also, what does it mean when it says +188 calories OF 2006 burned? These are just random numbers. The actual numbers are always different. I just don’t understand.

From What is my cardio fitness score?
How do I track my cardio fitness?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab
, then tap the heart rate tile. The top of the screen has a heart-rate graph. Swipe the graph to see a cardio fitness graph instead. It shows your cardio fitness score (also known as VO2 Max) and cardio fitness level. Tap the arrow in the top right for more information.
The arrow it mentions at top right is for iOS. On Android, it is a small box made up of outward pointing arrows as corners.
I suggest reading the whole section for more info on it.
As for the "+188 calories of 2006 burned", I have no idea where you are seeing that. If it is related to tracking food and a calorie plan, I have not used that so cannot answer.

THANK YOU SO MUCH LOL!!
So the other half of my question I’m referring to the weekly stats. When I view them from my email I tap on the recent activity section. Under the section labeled “impact” it says +1,857 of 6,810 steps taken. ?? And +18 of 32 active minutes. 🤔 I wish there was a seminar I could attend lol🤦🏻:female_sign:. Maybe someone could recommend a good YouTube link!

I expect those are that workout vs full day.
For instance 1857 of 6810 meaning that workout accounted for 1857 steps of 6810 steps taken all day.
