Wake feature on Inspire HR is not working

Hi, for my device the screen double tap wake feature not working after July update. Just wondering if someone else is also facing the same issue... Thanks!

same, sometimes it works other times not. really spotty, and mine is brand new.

This is the response I got & so far it seems to be working. Good Luck

In order to solve the issues with your Inspire HR screen, please try to restart it with these instructions:

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.  Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

You can also try to change the clock face of your device. Your device should now work normally.

I tried this but still it didn't fix the issue. 

Moving the wrist everytime is annoying.

You can always just press the button to see vs using the double tap feature, I honestly think its a defect w/the product because I had mine replaced as I had only have it s mos into the issue happening & guess what, it's still happening with the replacement, hence why I think it's just a product defect.

I think it's a bug. Maybe it'll be fixed in next firmware update. 

Does fitbit roll out updates frequently? I'm new so I was wondering.

Mine is the same but I didn’t know what it does and when I turn it off I double tap to turn on and it works off it does nothing for me

I figured it out. Sleep Mode was turned on. Swipe left until you see settings and then turn sleep mode off.
