Wake mode on Fitbit Inspire stopped working

Inspire no longer wakes when wrist is lifted and turned, tried following instructions in location section of settings in App but have no on and off options on Inspire or App. Why did it just stop waking and how do I fix it?

Turn on 'Screen Wake' in 'Quick Settings'.
