Walking icon versus treadmill

My Inspirse doesn't show walking but shows treadmill. I am not walking on a treadmill, but does it matter? I would prefer it shows my regular walking step in on. Can I  get that icon on my HR. I thought it used to be there.

@Gmoe   Here is the difference between Walk and Treadmill.  Walk is a GPS connected exercise.  Treadmill isn't.
