@S0z0 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Please make sure that you have the messenger app installed on your phone/tablet, that you are syncing your Inspire 2 with. 
Then please follow the steps described here to set up the notifications of your messages on your tracker. How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
