I got my Fitbit Inspire HR around Christmas last year. Since then I have had irritated wrists from the wristbands and the shape of the Inspire HR, the screen is slow to scroll or doesn't let you scroll, it's dark and unresponsive after I wash my hands or shower and dry HR off. I'm very disappointed and angry that this all has happened in matter of almost 8 months. I would like to use my warranty to get a new device or I will switch to a new company that makes quality fitness devices and prioritizes their customers.
