I purchased an Inspire 2 in Nov 21, in May 22 the battery started to rapidly drain until it would not take a charge at all. I tried all the fixes, but nothing worked. Fitbit sent a replacement unit after I contacted them, shipped May 26, 22.
Today Sept 3 22 the battery has started draining rapidly on the replacement unit, 3 months later. I saw some posts on here about an update causing issues, so I went to check what version software I was on. Under device info, I saw an Activation Date -- of May 11, 2021 ! Over a year before it was shipped to me? Would this have been a return that they just repacked to look like new, then it was just sitting around somewhere to be shipped out after the battery was already "used" for a year?
I'm wondering if Fitbit would replace again, since it still is within a year of my original purchase.

Hi @dmik_fit Replacement trackers may be new units or they may be refurbished. You just get what is available. You will need to contact Fitbit Support to discuss a further replacement. There is no one on the forums that an give you that answer. Good luck
