Wasn't wearing fitbit...300 steps recorded

I have NOT worn my fitbit for 3 days. Today when I put it on at 19.00, it's saying I've walked 313 steps and burned 1,045 calories. My walking started at 6.15am apparently. Remember, I have not worn it for 3 days.

This has only for today, the past 2 days have 0 listed.

Is my watch faulty... or just trying to be clever?...

The calories would be your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories you are always burning just by being alive.  They ae always credited, even when not wearing the tracker.

See How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

The steps could be from vibrations to the tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the reply 🙂

Its been sitting on my shelf for 3 days, so I don't get why day 1 and 2 would have 0 steps but day 3 would have 300....if it were vibrations, surely there would be steps registered for each day?
