The screen on my watch has stopped working. My watch still vibrates for notifications, and when the side button is held down. The watch is still tracking steps, heart rate and exercise correctly that I can view through the fitbit app, but the screen has completely stopped working. There is no visible damage to my watch face, nor did I cause any damage prior to this issue. I've had issues with my screen freezing/temporarily not working prior to this occurrence, but a reset on the charger always corrected the problem. I've only had this watch since Christmas 2019, so I'm super bummed I'm encountering this issue. Any suggestions on how to fix the screen issue?

I have the same problem, my Inspire HR seems syncing fine, but it's screen is blank and it's button does nothing but a single buzz. I've tried everything that I could find on forums and were possible, but without any luck.
The Support:
- The "Live Chat" Option always fail with "Sorry about that. Looks like someone just snagged the last Fitbit chat representative."
- The "@FitBitSupport" is Twitter only
I don't have Twitter, I don't want to use social media.
You could tell, I'm very upset....
