Waterproof features of INSPIRE HR FOR SURFING AND DEPTH LIMIT FOR SNORKELING

Can I wear my Inspire HR for surfing in waves smaller than 5 ft?  what is the maximum depth I can take my Inspire HR for snorkeling.  Thanks a lot in advance

That shouldn't be a problem. Fitbit say the Inspire HR is: 

"Swimproof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters)"
