I like to switch wearing the watch between two hands. It just feels good on the skin.
Fitbit should clarify if this compromises integrity of the data significantly, and which data is impacted most. Perhaps, only step counting is affected specifically/only (can't see why other measurements should be affected).
Knowing this would be very useful, I think, for many users. For me, the total step count per day is not a very important metric. So, I am happy to trade that off for no-skin-irritation. If it affects HR on the other hand, then I wouldn't want to corrupt that data.

The Inspire 2 can be worn on either wrist and give the same heart rate tracking but there may be an issue with step counting. In the manual it says:
"For greater accuracy, you must specify whether you wear Inspire 2 on your
dominant or non-dominant hand. Your dominant hand is the one you use for writing
and eating. To start, the Wrist setting is set to non-dominant. If you wear Inspire 2
on your dominant hand, change the Wrist setting in the Fitbit app"
If you update this settings in the app each time you switch then it should be fine but if you don't then the sensitivity setting will affect steps:
If you wear it on your dominant hand but the setting in non dominant then the count may be too high
If you wear it on your non-dominant hand but the setting is dominant then the count may be too low
If the step count is wrong then that will affect the calculations for distance and calorie burn too.

Thank you. Excellent idea to change settings when switching to the other wrist.
