My weekly report does not match what my app says. This happens often. Either not enough or more than I walked.

@DianaRay , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

To get all the data on your weekly report shown, keep in mind to sync the Inspire the day before you receive it.

Eg. if you've set, that the Weekly report should created on Monday, you should sync you Inspire on Sunday.

If you sync the tracker on Sunday at 1pm and then on Monday at 2 am, you'll see the stats only until 1 pm.  From there until 2 am will not be included on the report. As this data was not available on your account while the report was being created and sent to you .

Thank you. I know I sync it before I go to bed. Also why would it show more steps than I have took.

Thank you Diana

@DianaRay , Thank you for your reply.  Do you have MobileTrack activated on your Fitbit app? You can check it by tapping on your profile. You'll have the features and Fitbit devices paired to your account.

SmartTrack is a feature that uses your phone to register you steps, and sometimes it's data can overwrite the data from your tracker or add steps  recorded by your phone and add them to your account.
