I manually entered 157 as my weight yesterday on my Inspire HR and it changed it to 159.6. Why is it doing this?

Hey @VickiFeh nice to see you around. I'll be glad to give you a hand with your inquiry.
I'd recommend to double check if the information that you entered on your Fitbit app is reporting 157 and if this was able to sync properly. You can also restart your Inspire HR and try to change your weight information and sync it again. Otherwise, please let me know if this doesn't work.
I'll be around.

I also ran into a problem when trying to enter "157" as my weight. I noticed after I entered that number it would either change to "156.9" (immediately or change when I left the weight section, performed the sync and return to the weight section).
I contacted Fitbit support. The representative instructed me to uninstall the app then reinstall it. I was then instructed to reenter "157". The number changed to "156.9". Incidentally, I had done the uninstall and reinstall of the app before I contacted Fitbit support.
Having had my Charger 3 for several months and having been able to enter my weight without it changing during this time, I thought that this could be a problem within the
Fitbit app itself - perhaps a rounding error.
I then thought I should try entering integral multiples of 157 and see if the entered numbers change. So I entered:
Number entered Number recorded
(157*1) 157 156.9
(157*2) 314 313.9
(157*3) 471 471
(157*4) 628 627.9
(157*5) 785 785
(157*6) 942 942
(157*7) 1099 1099
(157*8) 1256 1255.9
(157*9) 1413 1412.9
As you can see from the above, multiples of 157 (from 1 thru 9) record the correct number only 33% (3 of 9) of the time. This really should be corrected. I would appreciate correcting this problem.

My Charge 3 also changes the weight when I enter 157 to 156.9. All other weights remain as I entered them, but for some reason 157.0 always changes to 156.9. I suspect this may be a software issue since it doing it on your Inspire HR also. Could other users enter 157.0 on their watches and see if they get this result? Doesn't bother me too much, I was surprised to find you had the same exact issue. I have upgraded my software when ever it notifies me. Mine changes when I enter it in my phone app. I do like the app.

I noticed when I looked at Fitbit.com on my PC the weight that changed from 157.0 to 156.9 on my phone shows the correct weight of 157.0 on the dashboard on the PC.
