I took a walk and selected run because there is no walking selection on the tracker. i walked .89 miles in 26:09 minutes. but i don't understand the measurement for pace.
29 ' 15 " pace what does this mean in mph or steps or something i can put in my fitness pal

@cindyp2 Pace is minutes per mile (or minutes per km for metric users). If you had finished your whole mile, you would have finished in 29 minutes and 15 seconds. Runners tend to use pace, not speed.
If Walk isn't on your list of Exercise Shortcuts for your Inspire HR, then I will show you how to make it first on your list. That way it will be the first option when you tap on your Exercise App.
This YouTube video show someone arranging Exercise Shortcuts. It doesn't matter that the video is for a Versa 2. These changes are made on the app, so the steps are the same, even for an Inspire HR.
You will get pace data if you use GPS to track a walk.

of course there are no spaces after the number and symbol but it wouldn't let me post it that way took 3 tries telling me i had invalid html and that they removed it 3 times.
