Hi, @wllmshelen70 , from your post I am guessing you experienced a period not getting connected to the Community or to some other part of Fitbit?  I hope your issue is now resolved, but if you were having trouble syncing your Fitbit, or some other issue not yet resolved, please do post again.  There is always someone here to help.
