What is Inspire 2 celebrating?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every once in a while my Inspire 2celebrates a mystery achievement.  It puts a number on the display that has ranged between 160 to 640. I have no idea what it is happy about. I hope it’s not my pulse rate.  Its not exercise minutes or steps.  Or weight.  The latest one was 600 and came while I was shopping for groceries in a largely empty store.  Any ideas?

Probably an "Exercise Goal Milestone" : You make progress toward, hit or exceed your weekly exercise goal.

Maybe weekly Zone Minutes gaol fraction or multiple.

I'm new to the fitbit world with my Inspire2.   I walk an hour and every once in awhile my watch will celebrate.

I can't read it without my reading glasses.  I don't mind it, but I really wish the webpage, or manual had details about all the things this thing does.

For instance, I have a silent alarm each morning, and I still can 'dismiss' it, all I do is hit snooze and it goes off again in nine minute.  No clue.

@chris_in_cal  Push both side buttons to disable alarm.

I feel like I have tried that, but I'll give it another go.  (I think the two sided push for a single 'button' is a little weird, but anyway.)

I have a sleep schedule set and a silent alarm goes off at 6:30 a.m., it is just buzzing and only last about :20 seconds.   Then nine minutes later it buzzes again.

If I hear you right, at 6:30 when the watch buzzes, if I simply push both sides of the watch 'the button' it will disarm the alarm.  It won't go off again in nine minutes....okay....I'll give it a try again.

@chris_in_cal  I expect it is going off for more than 20 seconds, maybe that long after it wakes you.

I expect the "two sided push" is to prevent accidental bump on one side.  And if you're going to push a side button intentionally, almost have to push other side against it anyway.

The inspire 2 has a button on each side.

@Rich_Laue Is there any button pushing function that works on the Inspire 2 by pushing only one side of the watch.   Or, is it that the only way to do anything is to simultaneously push both sides?

It is semantics, but if the only way to have the watch register a button push is to simultaneously push both sides, "the button" contains both sides being pushed.

If there can be a button push function as result of pushing the left side, a second button push function by pushing the right side, and a third button push function by pressing both sides simultaneous....that is a total of three different button push functions.

I think Inspire 2 only has one button push function, right?

Not sure, @chris_in_cal I could ask my sister.

Or look below, tap the link to Help

Tap the photo of your tracker and download your user manual.

Or read the online guide.
