There is an icon right underneath the Step Counter that looks like three chevrons in a circle.  Yesterday, underneath the circle, was the number 23.  Today, beneath the circle, it says “12 of 22”.  What is this?  What is it tracking?  I cannot find this symbol in any of the Fitbit literature.

Those are Active Zone Minutes.  By default, the recommended goal is 150 per week, which Fitbit reduces to 22 per day.  12 of 22 means you have 12 AZM so far today out of goal of 22.

If you tap on that, it will show your heart rate zones, and that you get 1 for 1 minute in Fat Burn Zone, and 2 for each minute in Cardio or Peak Zones.
