What's the latest firmware?

Hello,

I was looking to update the firmware on my inspire HR to the latest version.

According to this link....

The latest is 1.84.5

I am on 1.63.5 which would appear to be a few versions out of date. I've not been prompted to update on my iphone Xs. I also tried using the fitbit connect windows app which says my fitbit is up to date?

I am confused as to why is it not updating?

I’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps in the links you posted - I’ve
seen that response given in other firmware update threads.
Do you have any further troubleshooting ideas?
