What's up with the sleep tracking / not tracking?

It tracks my sleep - sort of - but if I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, it seems to stop tracking and then starts another sleep session which ends up with it looking like I'm only getting 2-3 hours of sleep, when in fact I went to bed at a reasonable hour - usually around 10:00 p.m. or earlier, and during the week the alarm goes off at 5:00 a.m.  One morning it said I got up at 5;15, when, in fact, I had been up for 15 minutes puttering in the kitchen making coffee, etc.

Yes, I've restarted my Inspire many times, I've changed the sensitivity setting from normal to sensitive and then back to normal.  Tried changing from wrist to clip (that resulted in no sleep tracking at all) so switched back to wrist.

I'm guessing this is a known glitch and you're working on a fix, right? Or is it just like the exercise syncing glitch that has never been fixed from years ago?
