Okay, I did a "Clear Data", held it for 3 secs. I didn't feel any vibration and now my time has changed. I have a Fitbit Inspire HR. What did I do wrong? How can I fix this?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR. Is there are reason you cleared your tracker's data? In general after clearing the data you will need to set it up again. I suggest you restart your tracker and fully charge it before setting it up.
If the data or tracker wasn't cleared then maybe the process wasn't completed, if this is the case then you just need to sync your device to update the time.
