Hi!
I’ve just got a new inspire 2 and love it, but it won’t receive my WhatsApp notifications, WhatsApp doesn’t appear in the list of apps, I have received many WhatsApps I’ve restarted my phone and Fitbit and don’t know what else to try.

Hi @Emilyc1894, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the WhatsApp notifications issue that your Inspire 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know what is the model of your mobile device. Also, make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version.

 

In the meantime, make sure that you also followed the steps listed in this help article, in order to set up text notifications.
