Hi All,

I'm new to the forum. My inspire HR is 3 months old. I was receiving WhatsApp notifications on my Fitbit up until yesterday morning.

I have tried everything, restarting my Fitbit, forgetting the device on Bluetooth and re-pairing it. Selecting WhatsApp under notifications on the Fitbit App.... and still nothing.

Please help. Has anyone else had this problem.

The same thing has happened to me since yesterday - but with actual phone text messages.

I'm receiving other messages for Whatsapp & Facebook Messenger... which i think is very strange that my default message doesn't work for notifications via my Fitbit. 🤔

Has anyone figured out why this happened. My WhatsApp messages have disappeared as well!!

Hi I still have no clue! It's just too **ahem** frustrating. And ever since I got it to work again it does so intermittently! 

Have you tried deleting the app and removing your Fitbit from bluetooth, then re-install the app and follow instructions again?
