I spent a LONG time yesterday on live chat getting this problem solved. I don’t believe it was a phone problem. Inspire is just not a good product. Now I wonder how many hours or days I’ll have to spend fixing the fact that it seems to have quit recording my sleep hours. It’s very frustrating when you purchase a product that just doesn’t work. I don’t use the alarm function on inspire because it’s almost impossible to turn off the reminder when you get it. Dislike this product and recommend no one throw your money away buying it.
