When your new Fitbit won’t accept a charge

I had a Charge 2...it quit just after the warranty

so I got an inspire...which also quit after the warranty ran out

so in May I bought an inspire HR... It hasn’t accepted a charge since July...the inspire HRis more than I need but I needed something to track steps, time and pulse.

i’m beginning to lose faith in the product… I don’t have the receipt for purchase so I can’t return it to the store I bought it from....I’m frustrated and kind of at my wits end.  I want my old Charge 2 back because it was perfect for my needs...

any and all suggestions would be appreciated

Welcome back to the Community forums @WyzWmn

Thank you for the information provided regarding your Inspire HR that is not taking a charge.

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to resolve battery problems.

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
