My inspire 2 fitness tracker has 3 pins on the back for charging, and have lost charger cable. Cannot find another one. Everything has only 2 pins. It was one that snaps on.

@Maddison2 I own an Inspire 2. I can absolutely confirm that the Inspire 2 charger only has two pins. This is true for many of the Fitbit trackers. For example a Charge 3 has three contacts, yet the charge only has two pins. Even more confusing, the Luxe has four contacts on the back, but the charger only has two pins.

Hi @Maddison2, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
This is actually hilarious, while I was reading your post I was trying to look for the actual charging cable to see if it was true. I cannot find any charging cable to prove it, therefore what I'll suggest is to take a look here. It is our official website, where you can get the original charging cable for your Inspire 2. Since it is the original one, you don't need to hesitate about the number of pins on it.

Thank you.
I believe that is a 2- pin. Have to assume there is a reason mine has 3 pins. Am going to try a charging pad. Ken

Thanks @LZeeW for the confirmation about this misunderstanding.
@Maddison2 I hope our response helps you to decide what you need to buy. I took the liberty to mark @LZeeW's post as the best answer since it is the one that better explains the situation. I'm pretty sure it is going to help other users with the same question.
