Up until five days ago when my Inspire HR updated, I could see my heart rate beating on the app in sync with my Fitbit. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or they messed up something with the update, but now I only see resting heart rate on the app. It seems the “bug fix” has created a new bug.

Hi, @WhatThe444 that suggests that your Fitbit is no longer “paired” with your phone. Unless it is paired, you will not get the live heartrate in the app.
Depending on your tyoe of phone, the best way to force a pairing (which must be done in the Fitbit app, not your phone’s bluetooth settings) is to re-set your notifications.
If you need more information on how to do this, please post again letting us know what sort of phone you use. Someone will be able to help.

Hi Julia,
It took a lot of poking around on my phone and the Fitbit but it finally got corrected. I don’t know what exactly worked but it finally paired after I shut off both devices - my phone and the Inspire HR. When I turn them both back on I got a screen notice on my phone to pair with Bluetooth. Now it’s working again. Thank you for your help. 😊
