Can someone please tell me where to find a correct charging device for a Fitbit Inspire 2. The replacement changer for Inspire 2 & Ace 3 does not work. I can not find the original magnetic charger anywhere. Is Inspire 2 so outdated that this is not avaiable anymore? I live in Germany.

The charging cable for the Inspire 2 on our German store can be found here: https://www.fitbit.com/global/de/products/accessories/inspire2-charging-cable?sku=177RCC

If you purchased it here, please contact our team, and let them know that it didn't work. 

In the meantime please verify that the contacts on the Charging cable and on the tracker are clean. Try rubbing a clean dry q-tip if needed.

Hi @StineW  you order that charger that didn't work from Fitbit.com? I have the link to the store site which sells it and it appears to be the only charger for the Inspire 2. Since you're in Germany, I'm not sure where you would go, so I've asked a moderator to stop by to assist you.
