Where do I find my order number?

I ordered an Inspire and after going round and round with support (useless people), they finally advised me that I can't sync the thing on a Windows computer without Bluetooth. So now I have to send it back, but I don't know where to find my order number.

Hi @mrs_fish  you should have an email that would tell you the details of your order. If not, you'd need to ask customer support if they have that information. I have a Windows 8.1 computer and can sync to it using a dongle and the Fitbit Connect App. Is that possible for you?

I'm using Windows 10 and don't have Bluetooth. I just purchased an Inspire
and apparently you have to use Bluetooth to sync it; the dongle won't work.

I wish they would have that information on their website; I wouldn't have
bothered buying it otherwise.

@mrs_fish  you updated to Windows 10? I'm still on 8.1 but is there a mobile device you can use? Find the order number yet?

I don't have a mobile phone and that seems to be the real issue. If you
don't have a mobile phone there's a lot you can't do.
