I ordered an Inspire and after going round and round with support (useless people), they finally advised me that I can't sync the thing on a Windows computer without Bluetooth. So now I have to send it back, but I don't know where to find my order number.

Hi @mrs_fish you should have an email that would tell you the details of your order. If not, you'd need to ask customer support if they have that information. I have a Windows 8.1 computer and can sync to it using a dongle and the Fitbit Connect App. Is that possible for you?

@mrs_fish you updated to Windows 10? I'm still on 8.1 but is there a mobile device you can use? Find the order number yet?
