Where do I find the heart rate monitor on my Inspire?

I cannot see the heart monitor on my Inspire. It is not in the settings either.

The Inspire, as opposed to the Inspire HR, does not sense heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
