Where is the advertised Inspire HR watchface?

Hello. My wife just bought an Inspire HR. She fell in live with the watch face design in the advertising as can be seen here fitbit-inspire-hr  

However, this watch face can not be selected inside the Fitbit App. 
How can she get the watch face that the Inspire HR is being advertised with? Thanks!

Hello @Jer00n and a warm welcome.  The clock face in the ad is named Valerie.  It has had issues and was pulled from the clock face choices for a while.  The issue seemed to be excessive battery drain.  According to this thread, it is still missing.  There is another thread mentioning that it is back, but it looks different.

If it is missing from the options, then, I'm sorry, but I don't know when it will be back.  I suggest you follow the longer thread that is in the link I gave you to monitor the status.

I was so excited to get my new Fitbit and was disappointed as well to not find the advertised clock face.

I'm glad I found this information, but wish they wouldn't use a clock face for advertising purposes that is not available! I feel somehow cheated and lied to.
