Can someone tell me which Bluetooth app do I need to download to my Samsung S9 to pair with my Inspire? And once I get it downloaded, how do I get it to pair with my Inspire? Also, my fitbit will not turn on. Is this because I don't have it paired with Bluetooth? It is fully charged.
I downloaded one Bluetooth app but had no luck connecting it to my Inspire so I uninstalled it.
At this point I am very frustrated, so as much detailed advice you can give me will be much appreciated.

Hi @MarilynJA read this article on how to set up - click to go there. You need the Fitbit app and the directions should help you. The device pairs to the email address and not your bluetooth.

I already have the Fitbit app installed on my phone. I've clicked on Set up a Device, have chosen the Inspire, clicked Set Up, agreed to the policies, clicked Next, the charging cable is in a USB port (on my computer) and the Fitbit is connected to it with the gold pins aligned. I can see that it is Searching, but I am then asked Is your Inspire powered on? I tap on the Fitbit screen and see the Fitbit logo and under it the web address/setup. The app then asks me to Try Again. This is all the further I can go.
