Which mode: alternating between jogging/running & walking on treadmill

Hi all!

 

I’m about use my FitBit Inspire HR for the first time. I’d like to know which mode I should use if I alternate between jogging/running & walking on the treadmill. And how do I customise whatever mode is suggested?

Hello @cthiel and a warm welcome.  If you are on a treadmill, then you should just use the Treadmill choice in the exercise shortcuts in the Exercise app.  This Help article will tell you what you need to know to set up and personalize your exercise shortcuts.
