Hi there
I received my brand new Inspire HR yesterday and I've been trying to set it up. It's on my app but I can't get the firmware update to work. It tells me it can't do the update because the battery is too low, even though it's at 50% and charging.
Ever since I plugged it in the first time, a white line has been across the screen that doesn't go away. I've tried unplugging and replugging but the line remains.
I've also tried restarting it but nothing happens...
Any help would be appreciated.
