Why can't I have more than one Fitbit device linked to my Fitbit account?

Why can't we sync 2 fitbit trackers and have the data sync to one account?  I like to use my Inspire 2 during the day and my Sense at night.  It is not convenient to login and logout, the platform should be smart to recognize when you switch trackers.  I have a Samsung G22 Location - Canada.

"Why can't we ..."  The best anybody here could answer is "because that's the way it is."

We can often help with "how" but, unfortunately, seldom with "why".

This has been often requested for many years, but don't hold your breath.

So if you don't know why, do you know how? 😏 you're funny.

I know that you can't.  I meant that for questions such as 'how do I get the display to come on when I turn my wrist?', we can often help.  But for questions about why did Fitbit make these strategic decisions, we're just other users who can't begin to tell you why  Fitbit designed it to not allow you to connect 2 fitbits.

Thank you for clarifying the situation.

The frustrating thing to me is that Fitbit regressed by "progressing."  I still have both my Alta HR and my Charge 4 on my dashboard.  Although I only had my Charge 4 on my phone app.  I have been using the Alta HR less frequently.  It still works perfectly well, but in the last few months I have had trouble syncing it.  I just bought an Inspire 3 to replace the Alta HR, but didn't realize the hash Fitbit made of the previously functional multiple device system.  I am thinking of sending back the Inspire 3.  My Charge 4 still works well and I am really annoyed by this new limitation.

I don't need a "tracker" that answers my phone, reports the news, plays Beethoven's fifth, and vacuums the rug.  I need interchangeable trackers that track.

I agree. Once you are a Premium member you should be able to use more than
one tracker and have the information synced.
I have the Inspire 2 (computer) and the Sense (phone) and have to log in
with different email addresses to access my information. We should be
allowed to interchange our trackers on 1 account.
