Why does my FitBit track my heart rate but not the app?

Hii I got the FitBit Inspire HR and I been trying to find out how come it will track my heart rate on the FitBit but not in the app it tracks my sleep patterns when I'm not sleeping so why doesn't it track my heart? I already restarted the app and phone and forgot the device I'm just a little confused now😭

P.s I have screen shot I just don't know how to post them😭

Hi @LilacKnight  When the fitbit is doing the right thi g, but the app doesn't seem to be, uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone, then reinstall it and log back into your account. That usually fixes issues like the one you describe.
