I have had my new Fitbit Inspire for less than a week. Three times during this week the device, despite being fully charged has turned off and will not turn back on. I have charged it, most recently overnight last night. Touching the screen or side button does nothing. I have gone in the app and on the website and nothing works. The last two times this has happened, the device just randomly turns back on at some point. This third time it has been off for almost 24 hours. Is it counting steps? I have no idea. It is extremely frustrating.

And just randomly at 2:27pm my wrist vibrates and it is back on. Has not tracked any steps since 10:40am yesterday. Awesome.

Exactly the same here! I also got it late March! Where did you get yours? I got mine at Target, maybe that's the issue? It is really annoying! Can someone help?

Having the same problem with the Inspire HR. My husbands ONE is also doing the same thing. Two other friends usning ONE's also have been having the same problems lately. I'm wondering if FitBits are all randomly shutting off due to software issues.

Ditto, day 2 turns off and won’t turn on. Put back on charger to turn back on. Going to return it and get another, hope it’s better.

I am having the same issue. I have had this unit for about 6 weeks and it randomly turns off often, which then does not track any of my activity including when I am in an active workout session. I keep it charged and I am not sure what the fix is, but it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem.

Having similar problem, my fully charged inspire hr will turn itself of severely times a day. I can turn its back on, get a smile face and often the wrong time, plus no recording of your steps or anything else. I restated its yesterday according to the instructions but it is still doings it. This is the very frustrating!!!

mine too. Bought in December from Walmart, I have IOS13.
not worried about the notifications.. it just continually shuts down at random and until I notice it and turn it back on by holding the button and see that @!&@ smiley face and then re-sync.
This is happening ALL DAY EVERY DAY. It’s not tracking anything while it’s off and I can’t figure out why it keeps turning itself off
Fitbit please fix this or give us an update on when we can expect this to be remedied ..

I bought and opened my Fitbit inspire HR today and charged it did all that and set it up, I showered and got out and then it stopped lighting up when I turned my wrist over. Then I was like weird.. now I can’t tap the screen anywhere and it light up it won’t without the side button now. So I hit the side button and when to scroll through and I tried at the bottom of my screen so I didn’t cover it to make it look like it was dark, couldn’t scroll more than once without it going back to a black screen sometimes it won’t even let me it will just go black. I do not recommend this watch at all I wish I never bought it. They are just poorly made I’ve been on so many websites trying to figure out why because it said on the box it is waterproof but that’s when the issue started. No websites said an answer because they are poorly made (don’t recommend) (waste of money)
