I got my band Wednesday and have been loving it, but today I have found out that my band is not displaying my sleep from the last night, with the sleep icon instead being greyed out. I will be going to bed shortly, in the hopes that the band will track my sleep.
Why is this the case? How can I get that display back on my band? Restarting has not changed anything.

Same problem here, if you check the forum there's a 17 page thread about it, seems to be a widespread issue.

I have the same problem. It’s been working fine for several months and all of a sudden it disappeared this morning. I contacted Fitbit help, and all they could tell me to do was do a reset which I did, and which didn’t sell anything. They are “escalating the problem” but didn’t seem to act as if they knew that this was happening to other people.
