Today is the third time that my Fitbit seems to stop working every time I leave the house, when I return home and want to check how many steps on my tracker it won't show anything's when pushing button, I have to push again and then I get's the smiling face and the time is the same as when I was leaving the house but I will change back to real time shortly and my steps are the same as when I left the house. How can I fix this?

@Enibascamp Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Inspire not counting your steps when you leave your house. It sounds as if your tracker is actually turning off. What you see in the evening is the device turning on (when it shows the smiley face, this also appears when you restart your tracker. Not sure if this a battery issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.
