Hi my fitbit just stopped working wont turn on

Yes! Mine quit after less than 16 days. And Fitbit obviously doesn’t believe in their product because support told me there’s nothing they’ll do since I bought it from an unauthorized seller. Most companies warranty the product not the seller.
