The display on Inspire was too dull, couldn't read it.

 

Dim Screen , Sleep Mode were turned off 

Inspire2 fully charged.

 

Is there any plan to fix this issue through software Update.??

or it is product bug which we cannot fix and money wasted for fitbit customer.

I can read mine only indoors.  Kind of defeats the purpose if you can’t read it outside!
